Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, passes away

WWE is very sad to inform everyone that Windham Rotunda, also known as Bray Wyatt, passed away on Thursday, August 24. He was 36 years old.

Bray Wyatt was famous for his amazing performances and how great he was in the wrestling ring. He was a very important wrestler of his time and did many impressive things in WWE like winning the WWE Championship in 2017.

He was the leader of The Wyatt Family, a group of wrestlers that included Luke Harper, Erick Rowan, and Braun Strowman. His timing when he became “The Fiend” was also very interesting. During his career, he had several major feuds with other famous wrestlers such as John Cena, Randy Orton, and The Undertaker.

WWE would like to say how sorry they are to Bray Wyatt’s family, friends, and all his fans.

Dwayne Johnson, better known as ‘The Rock’, shared his feelings: “I am deeply saddened by the news of the passing of Bray Wyatt. I will always have the utmost respect and love for him and his family, the Rotundas. I liked it.” He introduced himself, his words, his wrestling in the ring, and how he connects with WWE fans. He had a very special, quiet, and rare character, which is not easy to create in the wild world of pro wrestling. It’s hard to believe we lost Terry Funk yesterday and now Brey today. I am sending my love, strength, and positive energy to the Rotunda family and the Funk family during this difficult and sad time. As always, thanks for the ‘memories’.”
